Last few beautiful days of BBQ before winter

Chicken wings are our family favourite when it comes to BBQ. When the smell of lemongrass and garlic sizzling up from the grill it starts watering in the mouth. You can’t just stop yourself from having a first bite by the grill.

The flavours

– 2-3 sticks lemongrass, finely chopped
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tbsp salt
– 1/2 tbsp raw sugar
– 2 tbsp canola oil

Cover 1 kilo (2 pounds) of chicken wings. Rubb it in with love and put to rest at least 1 hour, preferably over night, before the grill. Love using a stick of lemongrass, brushing little honey sweetness on the wings. If you prefer you can choose agave or regular syrup as well.
